Bottom line: We are a small studio. Many items are made‑to‑order and hand‑finished. Lead times below are in business days and exclude weekends/holidays.

Order Types

  • Ready‑to‑Ship (RTS): Ships within 3 business days.

  • Made‑to‑Order (MTO): Built after purchase. See category windows below.

  • Digital Downloads (STL): Instant download after checkout.

MTO Lead‑Time Windows

  • Full Dioramas: 14–21 business days

  • Figure Frames: 7–14 business days

  • Head Sculpts (unpainted resin): 4–7 business days

  • Acrylic/LED Props: 14–21 business days

Painted variants: please add +7 business days to the windows above.
Painted head sculpts: sold only when finished (no preorders).

Production & Shipping Rhythm

  • Ship days: Mondays & Fridays

  • Cutoff: Orders placed after 1:00 pm Central Time the day before a ship day roll to the next ship day.

  • Weekly slot caps: To prevent overbooking, some products show “Limited weekly slots.” When a week fills, the next week opens Monday 10:00 am CT.

Notes on Handmade Items

Minor surface variations and finish differences are normal with handcrafted and 3D‑printed pieces. We document dimensions and materials on each product page.

Where we ship: United States only (no international shipping at this time).
Carrier: USPS with tracking.

Shipping cadence

  • We ship Mondays & Fridays.

  • Orders placed after the 1:00 pm CT pre‑ship‑day cutoff will ship on the next ship day.

Flat‑Rate Tiers (Domestic)

  • Head Sculpts: $5.00

  • Small Items: $7.50

  • Medium Items: $10.00

  • Large Items: $20.00

Category mapping

  • Figure Frames → Medium ($10)

  • Acrylic/LED props → Medium ($10)

  • Full Dioramas → Large ($20)

  • Painted/Unpainted Head Sculpts → Heads ($5)

Some oversized/combined orders may require an adjustment—we’ll contact you before charging any difference.

Tracking & Address Changes

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. If you need to change the delivery address, email jumpgatecustoms@gmail.com before your order ships.

Packaging

We use bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and foam/corner protection. Resin parts may include a moisture barrier. A parts checklist and care card are included where applicable.

Returns & Warranty (Damage‑Only)

We accept returns only for items damaged in shipping. Because our pieces are hand‑made and often limited‑run, we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged

  1. Email jumpgatecustoms@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of:

    • The damaged item (close‑ups + full item)

    • The outer box (showing shipping label and any visible damage)

    • The internal packing (if possible)

  3. Keep all packaging—the carrier may require inspection for a claim.

Resolution

We’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on availability, we may repair, replace, or refund. Because many items are limited, exact replacements may not always be possible.

Digital items

All digital downloads (STL) are final sale. If you encounter a file issue, contact us for a corrected file.

STL License & Download Terms

Default license: Personal‑use only. Commercial use is available by written approval with a paid commercial license—contact jumpgatecustoms@gmail.com.

You May

  • Download, print, and finish the model for your own projects and displays.

  • Resize for fit and slice for your printer.

You May Not (without a commercial license)

  • Sell printed copies of the model.

  • Share, resell, or re‑upload the STL/3D files (including remixes/edits).

  • Create molds/recasts from our parts or list our files/derivatives on marketplaces.

  • Use third‑party logos/wordmarks on prints derived from JGC files.

Commercial Licenses (on request)

  • Limited physical sales are permitted only with a written commercial license. Terms will define quantity, timeframe, attribution, and eligible platforms.

  • Required attribution example: “Model by JumpGate Customs — jumpgatecustoms.com”

Support

We provide best‑effort support for print settings and scale. Updates to files are provided to the original purchaser when available.

These terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
